Shipping & Returns
Delivery and Setup Customers may request delivery of their bespoke orders over £300. Delivery fees are calculated based on the number of miles from our Studio and will be outlined on your invoice. You are responsible for providing a secure and appropriate environment for your order. Please keep in mind that cakes will require a sturdy surface and an optimal room temperature of 24 degrees c or below. We do our best to transport your order safely, which at times may require set up or finishing touches at the venue. You will be notified if this is the case for your order. We are not responsible for any damage to the order after set up is complete. Customers assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Claire Louise Cake Studio. Returns and refunds If you are not satisfied with your order please save the product as is, and contact us immediately, We are unable to issue refunds or replacements on products that have been consumed or thrown away. Only complaints within 48 hours of receipt will be eligible for refund or replacement. Customers seeking a refund or replacement will be required to return the product at their own expense. Upon receipt of the damaged product a replacement may be sent to you at no additional cost. Refunds will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
