The shelf life of our cakes can vary depending on the surrounding temperature and humidity levels. Generally speaking, all cakes stay fresh for a longer period when refrigerated. However, at typical room temperature around 72 degrees, it is ok to leave cakes out for 24 hours. Our cakes will stay fresh in refrigerator for 3-5 days.
